Official Rules
Eligibility
- Referrer must be a current client of Peak Veterinary Hospital.
- The referred new client should not have visited Peak Veterinary Hospital before.
Referral Card
- Referral benefits are only applicable when the new client presents the referral card during their first visit.
- Referral cards cannot be combined with any other promotion.
Referral Benefits
- The referrer will receive their exclusive benefit after the referred client’s first completed appointmen
- The new client will also receive an exclusive benefit on their first visit as part of the referral.
- Due to ABVMA guidelines we cannot disclose the benefit on our website, however if you ask our staff they can give you more information!
Limitations
- Referral benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- One referral benefit per referrer, per new client. If the same new client is referred by multiple existing clients, only the first referrer recognized by the clinic will receive the benefit.
- Referral benefits must be claimed within a certain period (e.g., 6 months) from the date of the new client’s first appointment.
- Peak Veterinary Hospital reserves the right to change or end the referral program at any time. Without notice. At the unfettered discretion of Peak Veterinary Hospital.
Disputes
- Any disputes regarding the referral program, including eligibility or benefits, will be resolved by Peak Veterinary Hospital management. Their decision will be final.
Privacy
- Personal information shared during the referral process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, in line with our privacy policy.
Good Faith
- The program is designed to bring genuine recommendations and benefit both the referrer and the referral. Any misuse, such as false referrals or attempts to game the system, will result in disqualification from the program.
