Pet Diet and Pet Treats
Members of our Peak Team can provide guidance on the proper pet diet for your pet through every stage of life. Pet nutrition will vary for every pet, so it is important to bring your pet in for a checkup to find what is best for them. We have the knowledge and stock to ensure your pet gets the food and treats that meet their needs. We will provide pet diet guidance and recommendations for your pet including dietary requirements for growth, weight management, disease prevention and control, as well as overall performance.
Cat Diet and Nutrition
As part of your cat’s life stage care plan, their nutrition plan will need to be well planned and continually updated. Peak Veterinary Hospital has a knowledgeable staff that will be able to get your cat’s diet started on the right path, and be able to continually monitor them so their nutritional plan grows along with them. Proper cat and kitten diets involve providing them with the right amounts of the proteins, fats, vitamins, and many other nutrients that they require. In addition to balancing nutrients, selecting the right type of cat food (wet, semi-dry, dry, etc.) is also important, and can vary greatly from cat to cat. Since there is no proven formula that is right for all cats, working with the staff at Peak to create and maintain a proper nutritional plan, will help you rest-assured that your cat’s nutrition remains optimal.
Work with a Peak veterinarian to put together a nutrition plan during your cat’s next checkup. Visit the Cat Vet Appointment page for more information.
